• Check the packaging upon receipt. In case of visible damage to the packaging, note the problem on the delivery note and take photos, if the delivered item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A signed delivery note without annotation of existing damage to the packaging implies acceptance of the order by you in perfect condition.

Returns: 14 days after receipt of merchandise, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if item is not returned in its original condition.

• It is sent from Switzerland and is done by a local Express or Postal parcel service.

• For domestic shipments:

Preparation within 2 working days after the conclusion of the purchase and receipt of payment, delivered by DHL Express or Swisspost with track and trace to the destination address provided by the buyer.

• For international and intercontinental shipments:

Preparation within 3 business days after the conclusion of the purchase and receipt of payment, delivered by DHL, FedEx, UPS, local Post Office or similar, with tracking, tracing and insurance to the destination address provided by the buyer.

• You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your shipment and a signature is required upon delivery.

• International and intercontinental shipments can be made in wooden or overweight boxes for maximum security and depending on the merchandise or place to be shipped.

• International and Intercontinental shipments may generate delays due to tax documents for inquiries, applicable customs and import taxes and duties, or documents to be provided, everything will be the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
