All orders are shipped from Switzerland via DHL or SwissPost, with insurance and tracking number provided.
•    Domestic shipping: Orders are prepared within 2 business days after purchase confirmation and receipt of payment.
•    International shipping: Orders are prepared within 3 business days after purchase confirmation and receipt of payment.
All import duties, customs documentation, and additional charges required by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are generally not accepted once the item has been purchased and delivered to the address provided by the customer, unless the buyer presents a valid and verifiable reason, subject to our approval.
•    If a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
•    Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
•    Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected, and a 30% fee will be deducted to cover handling and transaction costs.
🔁 Due to the exclusive and one-of-a-kind nature of the items, exchanges are not available, unless there happens to be an identical item in stock.

• Cancellations:
In general, cancellations are not accepted.

• Item Condition:
Many items in this store are exclusive and sold as new, pre-owned, vintage, or antique.
The condition of each item will be clearly indicated, and any visible flaws will be shown in photographs whenever possible.

🧵 For antique, vintage, or delicate items, no returns will be accepted once delivery has been completed to the address provided by the buyer.
