Delivery dates, shipments and forms:

• It is sent from Switzerland and is done by a local Express or Postal parcel service.

Due to variations, the minimum shipping prices are reflected in the description of each product.

• For domestic shipments:

Preparation within 2 working days after the conclusion of the purchase and receipt of payment, delivered by DHL Express or Swisspost with track and trace to the destination address provided by the buyer.

• For international and intercontinental shipments:

Prepared within 3 business days after purchase is completed and payment received, delivered only by DHL, FedEx, UPS, tracked, traced, and insured to the destination address provided by the buyer.

• International and intercontinental shipments can be made in wooden or overweight boxes for maximum security and depending on the type of merchandise or place to be sent, they can generate delays due to fiscal documents for inquiries, tariffs, customs taxes, applicable imports or documents to be provided, all of which will be the responsibility of the buyer at the address or delivery location provided.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Upon receiving the merchandise, please take photos of the package, sign the delivery note.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if item is not returned in original condition.

• Check the packaging upon receipt. In case of visible damage to the packaging, note the problem on the delivery note and take photos, if the delivered item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A signed delivery note without a note of damage to the packaging implies acceptance of the order by you in perfect condition.
