-International shipments are preferable through Express parcels, for security and agility.

• It is shipped from Switzerland and is sent via Express or local Postal delivery.

• For national shipments:

Preparation within 2 business days after completion of purchase and receipt of payment, delivered by DHL Express or Swisspost with track and trace to the destination address provided by the buyer.

• For international and intercontinental shipments:

Preparation within 3 business days after completing the purchase and receiving payment, delivered by DHL, FedEx, UPS, local Post Office or similar, with tracking, tracing and insurance to the destination address provided by the buyer.

• You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your shipment and a signature will be required upon delivery.

• International and intercontinental shipments can be made in wooden or overweight boxes for maximum security and depending on the merchandise or place to be sent.

• International and Intercontinental shipments may generate delays due to tax documents for inquiries, applicable customs and import taxes and duties, or documents to be provided, all will be the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
